How it works
- CapCut → Premiere: choose the CapCut folder, choose the project, download the XML zip, then File → Import in Premiere.
- Premiere → CapCut: choose the .prproj file, choose the sequence, write the draft into the CapCut folder or download the install package.
- The report file (RAPOR.md) lists what did not move.

Moving a project between CapCut and Premiere Pro cannot be done by hand, because each app uses its own format. Devral fills that gap: it reads the CapCut draft and writes the FCP7 XML that Premiere understands; in the other direction it opens the prproj file and writes the sequence as a CapCut draft.
The limits are clear: effects, transitions, text layers and speed changes do not move. Clips, tracks, cuts and the basic layout do. The report file lists every skipped item, so you know which part of the edit to redo.

Which CapCut versions work?
Desktop CapCut drafts. Verified with 9.2 on Mac; Windows testing continues. Mobile CapCut projects are not supported.
Which file does Premiere take?
FCP7 XML. Use File → Import. If media is missing, use Link Media.
