Terms of Use

Parties and acceptance

These terms are between Nous Works ("we", "us") and you, the user of https://devralpublic.nousworks.co. If you use the site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

The service

Filewand gives you tools to convert and edit files. Most tools run in your browser. Some tools run on our server. Each tool page shows a badge with the tool type.

We supply the service "as is". We can change the tools, the limits, and the prices. We can remove a tool. We announce important changes on the site.

Free use and limits

You do not need an account to use the tools. These limits apply to free use:

• 200 MB per file for browser tools.
• 50 MB per file for server tools.
• A maximum number of server jobs per day. This limit applies per IP address.
• A maximum number of files per task. The tool page states this number.

The current limits are on each tool page and on the Pro page. For browser tools, the memory of your device sets the true limit. A very large file can stop the browser.

Pro

A Pro subscription gives you higher limits, batch processing, a priority queue, and no ads. The Pro page states the price and the term.

The subscription renews at the end of each term until you cancel it. You cancel in one step. After you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the current term. We do not charge you for the next term.

We send invoices by email.

Right of withdrawal

Pro is a digital service. It starts immediately after the payment. At checkout you confirm that the service must start immediately. After that confirmation you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal. This follows Article 15/1-g of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation. For consumers in the European Union, Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU gives the same result.

If a technical problem stopped you from using the service, write to merhaba@nousworks.co. We will refund you.

Your files and your responsibility

• You own the files that you upload, or you have the right to use them.
• You must not use the site to process files that break copyright, personal rights, or the law.
• We delete server-processed files within 60 minutes. Download your result in that time. We cannot recover a deleted file.
• Keep your own backup of important files. Check the result before you use it.
• Browser tools never send your file to us. Thus we cannot recover those files either.

Prohibited use

You must not do this:

• Overload the service with automated tools, send bulk requests with bots, or use tricks to pass the limits.
• Upload malware or try to break the security.
• Use the service for unlawful purposes.
• Copy the tools and supply them as a different service without permission.

If you break these rules, we can limit your access or stop your Pro subscription.

Intellectual property

The design, the text, and the software of the site belong to us or to our licensors. The Open Source Licenses page lists the open source libraries we use and their licenses.

We claim no rights over your files. The result files are yours.

Third-party brand and product names, for example CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Microsoft Word, and PDF, belong to their owners. Filewand has no connection with these companies.

Limitation of liability

We supply the service with care. We do not guarantee that the service is continuous or free of errors. We do not guarantee that each conversion result is perfect. To the extent that the law permits, we are not liable for indirect damage such as data loss, lost profit, or work interruption.

For free use we accept no liability. For Pro use our total liability is limited to the amount that you paid in the last 12 months. Statutory consumer rights stay in force.

Advertising

Free use can show third-party ads. The advertiser is responsible for the ad content. Personalized ads appear only with your consent. For more data, read the Cookie Policy. Pro users see no ads.

Changes and termination

We can update these terms. We announce important changes on the site or by email. If you continue to use the site after a change, you accept the new terms. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time.

Governing law

The law of the Republic of Turkey governs these terms. The courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Turkey have jurisdiction. Consumers can also apply to the consumer arbitration committee and the consumer court where they live. Consumers in the European Union keep the mandatory rights of their own country.
