Half of the documents that come out of a scanner sit sideways. The feeder pulls a sheet the wrong way, a phone photo is stored in landscape, a fax page arrives upside down. The rotate button in a reader fixes the screen, but the person you send the file to still has to tilt their head.
This tool writes the angle into the file. A PDF keeps a rotation value for every page, and the tool changes that value without touching the page content. The result looks the same in every reader, on every printer and on every phone. Text stays selectable, the file size barely moves and images are not re-compressed.
The angle is applied clockwise. A sideways page becomes upright with 90 or 270 degrees, and the preview shows which one is correct. An upside-down page needs 180 degrees. Type a list in the page box and only those pages turn, while the rest stay as they are.
When a scan has pages facing several directions, "Organize PDF" gives you a thumbnail grid and lets you turn each page on its own.

Does my file go to a server?
No. The rotation runs in your browser. Your file never leaves your computer.
How is this different from the rotate button in a reader?
The reader button only turns the screen view, and the view is lost when you close the file. This tool writes the angle into the file, so everyone sees the same direction.
Can I rotate only some pages?
Yes. Type a list such as 2, 5-7 in the page box. With an empty box every page turns.
Can I use different angles on different pages?
One job applies one angle. For a mixed layout, use "Organize PDF", where each page turns on its own.
What is the size limit?
200 MB per file and 50 files at a time. Pro allows 2 GB.
Does the quality drop?
No. The page content is not redrawn. Only the rotation value of the page is updated.
