After a scan, a merge or a download, the page order is often wrong. The cover lands at the end, attachments sit in the middle, two pages face the wrong way, one sheet is scanned twice. Fixing that by typing page numbers is hard, because you have to remember what each number holds.
This tool opens the file and lays out every page as a thumbnail. You can see what you are working with, so you decide by looking. Hold a card and move it. Press the rotate button on a card. Mark the pages you want gone. The grid always shows the current layout, and nothing is written until you save.
On save the tool builds a new file. Pages are copied, not redrawn, so text stays selectable and images are not re-compressed. Your source file stays as it was.
For a single task, a narrower tool is faster: "Rotate PDF" for angles, "Delete PDF Pages" for removals, "Split PDF" for cutting the file into parts.

Does my file go to a server?
No. Your browser draws the thumbnails and builds the new file. Your file never leaves your computer.
How do I reorder the pages?
Hold a thumbnail and drop it where you want it. With a keyboard, select a card and use the arrow keys.
Can I rotate one page only?
Yes. Every card has its own rotate button, so pages can sit at different angles.
How large a file can I open?
200 MB per file. Pro allows 2 GB. With a few hundred pages the thumbnails take a moment to draw.
Can I undo a page I removed by mistake?
You can bring the page back before you save. After saving, load the source file again, because that file is untouched.
Can I edit the content of a page?
No. This tool works at page level. To change text or images you need a PDF editor.
